Aixa was the daughter of Boabdil and Moraima, the last Muslim rulers of Granada. After the fall of the Nasrid Dynasty, Princess Aixa became the mistress of King Ferdinand of Aragon. She bore him a son, Miguel Fernández, later named Knight of Granada. Later, she entered a convent using the name of Sister Isabel de Granada.
