lleva al antiguo Imperio Armenio, hoy Turqu\u00eda. No lejos del lago Van, se construy\u00f3 un gran monasterio en el supuesto emplazamiento de la tumba de uno de los Reyes Magos, autentificado como tal por San Gregorio el Iluminador (siglo III), padre fundador de la Iglesia armenia. El lugar fue parcialmente destruido por los turcos durante el genocidio armenio. Las pocas ruinas que permiten imaginar el antiguo esplendor de este lugar se utilizan ahora como vertedero de esti\u00e9rcol.
